Our servers have "CPanel" installed, which is a comprehensive software package that gives you access to everything that you may need to manage your website and its performance. This forms a standard part of every website hosting package with Web Inn.

Statistics to track your site visitors and monitor not only the success of your site, but also gain valuable information about your present and future marketing strategies

Email account access to add or delete email accounts, change passwords, redirect email, apply spam filters, create autoresponders or send out mailing lists. You also have the ability to check or send emails from any online computer anywhere in the world

Park Domains or add subdomains, make changes, monitor disk space allocation, and fully manage every aspect of your domain

Backups - create backups of your website, upload new files, download old ones.

Site Changes - with a bit of knowledge, change graphics, text or even layout of your site using either the WYSIWYG (What You See is What You Get) editor or html hand-coding, directly on the server.

Scripts and features - add, change or remove scripts and features to and from your site; like counters, guestbooks, bulletin boards and a host of other functions, including any of the pre-installed CGI scripts and all Fantastico features.

Monitor your usage- monitor your own diskspace and traffic usage to help you plan for promotions, expansion or high bandwidth features (like audio or video)

Help!- access tutorials, various help functions and, if you're stuck, send a support request to us directly from your workspace or give us a call.

For people who find the Cpanel editor too complex, too cumbersome or too slow to work with, we offer an advanced website editor as an alternative option for managing your site content. This is in addition to your Cpanel features outlined above. The advanced editor programme allows you to edit only the content of your website (not the layout), which means that you cannot accidentally break the layout while editing. Although advanced in its application, it is much simpler and quicker to use than the inbuilt cpanel editor and gives you complete freedom over your website content without needing a full CMS (Content Management System) website or database. If you feel that you really do not want the hassle of doing it yourself, we offer a webmaster service that can be tailored to suit your needs.

Most of our small business clients have opted for our basic management package, which includes up to an hour of free site support (as opposed to hosting support, which is unlimited) per month.

The cost of the basic website management package is R60 per month. Timing on changes depends on our current load, but we aim to get changes done within 24-72 hours.

This basic level of management is generally adequate for any site up to 20 pages in size, unless it regularly changes products, pricing or other information.

More comprehensive management packages are available on request.
