On Hosting - 99.9% server uptime or we refund 10% of your monthly hosting for every .1% uptime less. Please note that this refund guarantee ONLY applies to clients whose payments were up to date as at the 4th of the particular month in which a refund became due.
- 30 Day money back guarantee. Cancel at any time within your first 30 days after issue of your first invoice and we will do a full refund.
On Website Development - if you do not like it, we will redo it. Your site will not only look good, but will be user-friendly and popular with search engines.
On Domain Name Registration - your domain name will be registered in your name, not ours. For as long as you ask us to administer your domain names, they will never lapse.
On New Websites - once your new site is uploaded, we will ensure that it is crawled and indexed by every major search engine. We will also list it with the major directories. If your site stats do not prove that the process has begun within 30 days of final upload, your next months hosting is on us.
If you haven't been crawled and indexed by Google within 6 weeks, your next month's hosting is on us.

On Service and Support - we are a small company and everyone you deal with is a stakeholder. Everything within our knowledge and skill is part of our job description.
If you ask us for the laws on importing Martians, we may be forced to admit defeat, but for the rest of it we will assist as much as possible. We work at solutions, not excuses.
On Quotations - If we happen to make a mistake and underquote, we take the loss. You will never pay more than was originally agreed, for the service that was originally agreed. - Please note that an estimate does not fall into the same category. To avoid any misunderstanding, we are more than happy to email you a clear quote before commencing with any project.
